Yes. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we do not share or store any payment information provided to us.

Definitely not - we keep the information you provide for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will not release any customer information to any entity.

Shipping is based on the size and weight of your order. We hope to offer free shipping in the future so stay tuned.

We do offer a complimentary pick-up for our customers in Victoria, Canada. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders can be picked-up at 2534 Estevan Ave in Victoria, BC during regular business hours.

We currently ship throughout Canada. If you are outside Canada, please email us with your name, shipping address, phone number, and the product names and quantities you're interested in. We'll respond in a timely manner with a custom shipping quote for you. Just a note: our shipping quotes do not include duties and taxes - just the cost of shipping the order. Recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes for the package.

We hope to offer full international shipping in 2023.

Orders of in-stock items will be processed in 2 to 4 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that delivery timelines calculated at checkout are only estimates and not guarantees. If your order was purchased during a sale, there is a possibility of shipping delays.

When your order ships, you’ll get an email from us right away. Your tracking information will be there. If you don’t see an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation, check your spam. If it’s still nowhere to be found, please reach out to us at shop@thepropertable.ca

If an item or color is out of stock, please reach out to shop@thepropertable.ca to find out if and when we will restock and to be put on the contact list for those items.

Please contact us within 48 hours at shop@thepropertable.ca with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will respond promptly.

We would be happy to look into a custom quote for you should you need your order expedited. Expedited and overnight rates vary drastically, based on the products ordered and geographic location of the customer. Please reach out to shop@thepropertable.ca and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order was purchased during a sale, there is a possibility of shipping delays.

We’d love to include a note on your behalf. You can find directions to add personalization at checkout. We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time but our packaging is quite pretty.

Returns / Exchange

We hope you fall in love with everything you order from us, but if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns on merchandise within a 14-day time period from the date of delivery. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original

packaging and in the condition they were received or you may not be eligible for refund. Return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at shop@thepropertable.ca within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you ordered and the new item you wish to exchange it for. If the item is in stock, we will ship it in 2-4 business days.

Please note if you exchange for a higher priced item, you will be asked to pay the difference.
